If immigration laws or regulations change after signing this agreement and you become ineligible to proceed with your migration application, Connect Immigration Globally will refund 20% of the consultation fee paid to Connect Immigration Globally Migration Services.
2. Return Of Application
The client understands and agrees that the concerned Embassy or High Commission exercises full discretion in assessing and processing immigration applications. If the application is returned by the Embassy/High Commission, Connect Immigration Globally will refund 20% of the consultation fee paid to the company.
3. Rejection Of Application
If the application is rejected by the Embassy or High Commission, Connect Immigration Globally will refund 30% of the consultation charges paid by the client. Refunds will be processed within 90 working days after the client submits:

Penalty & Refund In Case Of Non-Submission Of Documents
If the client fails to provide required documents to Connect Immigration Globally within 60 working days, the client must pay a penalty equivalent to 30% of the service fee to revive the immigration application.
The client acknowledges that visa approval lies entirely at the discretion of the concerned High Commission. Connect Immigration Globally only assists in application preparation and does not guarantee visa approval.
